SHIPPING POLICY
Prints will be shipped within three to five business days of purchase.
Once Purchased, Commissioned works will typically take 3 to 7 business days to go through production before it is shipped out.
All Petite Printz work will be packaged and shipped with care.
All prints will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days.
Original works will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking, and delivery confirmation.
PLEASE double check your address when you check out. Petite Printz can only ship to the address provided.
Petite Printz will not be responsible for orders that are lost due to providing an incorrect or outdated shipping address.
RETURN POLICY
Petite Printz understands that accidents can happen when shipping. If you suspect your package has been lost, please contact Petite Printz and we will do our best to figure out a solution.
Refunds and returns are only accepted in severe cases, which are up to Petite Printz discretion. Please keep this in mind and be mindful of your purchases, and to read listing descriptions completely. It is our goal to provide a satisfying experience with to all of our customers.

*All Prints are Giclée Print on Epson Premium Watercolor Paper for long lasting color and quality.
*All custom paintings are painted on acid free bristol paper so it will not yellow over time.
-Colors may appear slightly different, due to monitor variations.
